This fund provides funding for Barberton City Schools new synthetic field turf in Sharkey stadium. The Barberton All Sports Boosters Club sponsors an annual fundraisers to support funding. “Team Up for Turf” was one of the fundraisers held in 2018.
The Board of Directors hopes to provide leadership and guidance as the Foundation works to improve the quality of life for Barberton residents. Established in 2007 by past Foundation board member Tom Gough, this scholarship is awarded in the spirit of continuous growth.
